1. Using Maya
Maya is a learning app for children, set up and managed by a parent or guardian. By using Maya you agree to use it for its intended purpose — helping a child learn their mother tongue.
2. Accounts
A parent or guardian is responsible for the account and for keeping the private parent link secure. You're responsible for any activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Maya is free to start. Premium is billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
4. Content
Lessons, audio, characters and artwork in Maya are owned by Agile Cookies Ltd and provided for personal, non-commercial learning use.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any way that could harm children or other users.
